Wesleyan Box Office General Info & Fine Print


The Box Office is open for phone and walk up sales August 20 through December 12, 2018, Monday through Friday, 11am to 3pm.

The Box Office is located on the first floor of the Usdan University Center, 45 Wyllys Avenue, on the Wesleyan campus in Middletown for advance sales and at the venue one hour before performances.

Tickets can be purchased with a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover accepted). Additionally tickets purchased in person may be paid using cash, checks made out to Wesleyan University and Wesleyan's Student Charge.

Ticket Fees: $1 online, $2 by phone, and $3 at the performance for general public, senior citizens, non-Wesleyan students, and youth tickets. Wesleyan Students, Faculty, Staff and Alumni tickets fees are free online, $1 by phone, and $2 at the performance.

Gift Certificates are available for any dollar amount.

Discounts may be available for groups of ten or more. Please call the box office at 860-685-3355 for more details.

Crowell Concert Hall, CFA Hall, and the CFA Theater are equipped with assistive listening systems. Free listening devices are available at the venue lobby box office.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Programs, artists, and dates are subject to change without notice.

Each patron must have a ticket regardless of age.

Some events are general admission while others have reserved seating. Please call the box office at 860-685-3355 for details.

As a courtesy to the audience and the artists, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.

Food and beverages are prohibited from seating areas.

Mobile phones, laptops, and other electronic devices must be disabled prior to every performance.

The taking of photographs and the use of recording devices during performances are strictly prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited in all venues.

Tickets for free ticketed events will be made available two weeks prior to the performance online on by phone. There is a two-ticket limit per person for free ticketed events.
