COVID-19 Safety Guidelines (as of 10/26/22)
The general public is welcome to attend events at the Center for the Arts and to view exhibitions in both the Ezra and Cecile Zilkha Gallery and the College of East Asian Studies Gallery at Mansfield Freeman Center. All patrons must adhere to and follow the University COVID-19 safety guidelines. Wesleyan expects all visitors to be fully vaccinated including booster shots. If a visitor is unvaccinated, it is expected that they will wear a mask both inside and outside when visiting campus. Please note that some events or performances may require attendees to be masked, fully vaccinated, and boosted.
The Box Office is open for phone and walk up sales Monday through Friday from 11am to 2pm.
The Box Office is located on the first floor of the Usdan University Center, 45 Wyllys Avenue, on the Wesleyan campus in Middletown for advance sales and at the venue one hour before performances.

Tickets can be purchased with a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover accepted). Additionally tickets purchased in person may be paid using cash, checks made out to "Wesleyan University," and Wesleyan's Student Charge.
Ticket Fees: $2 online for general public, senior citizens, non-Wesleyan students, and youth tickets. Wesleyan students, faculty, staff, and alumni tickets fees are $1 online.

Crowell Concert Hall, CFA Hall, and the CFA Theater are equipped with assistive listening systems. Free listening devices are available at the venue lobby box office.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Programs, artists, and dates are subject to change without notice.
Each patron must have a ticket regardless of age.
Events are general admission, unless otherwise indicated as reserved seating
As a courtesy to the audience and the artists, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management. Please note that there is no late seating allowed for events in the Patricelli '92 Theater and, on occasion, in other venues.
Food and beverages are prohibited from seating areas.
Mobile phones, laptops, and other electronic devices must be disabled prior to every performance.
The taking of photographs and the use of recording devices during performances are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in all venues.
FREE EVENTS WITH RESERVATIONS
For free events that require reservations, reservations will be available two weeks in advance of the performance online or by phone at 860-685-3355. There is a two-ticket limit per person for free ticketed events.
